Accommodation & Activities and Single Room Supplement are priced on a Per person sharing per night basis

Confirmation of Bookings, Booking Amendments and Cancellation Policy

In order to secure a booking, Mutondo Safaris requires a 25% non-refundable deposit within 14 days of booking placed.

Full pre-payment to be received 30 days prior to travel. If payment has not been received, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and our cancellation policy will apply.

On confirmation of a reservation, please forward all medical insurance details including name of company & contact phone number and policy number

Please forward a rooming list with full names and nationality of all guests upon confirmation. Should you cancel a confirmed booking, our cancellation policy will apply

Guests will be asked to sign an indemnity form before or on arrival to our lodge and this is compulsory.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. All reservations made shall become subject to the cancellation policy once the Agent or Guest has confirmed a booking in writing:

Should a cancellation be received between 80 days and 51 days prior to due arrival dated 25% of the contracted rates will be charged

Should a cancellation be received between 50 days and 31 days prior to due arrival dated 50% of the contracted rates will be charged
-
Should a cancellation be received between 30 days and 0 days prior to due arrival dated 100% of the contracted rates will be charged
-
Please note: Should guests fail to arrive on the due arrival date, start their trip after departure or leave before its’ completion, no refund will be made.
COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY
Any payments/deposits for new bookings travelling in 2023 will be retained and bookings postponed to new dates on the below basis:

The Government in the guest’s country of origin imposes a travel ban and guests are unable to travel

The Zimbabwean Government imposes a travel ban or mandatory quarantine on arrival and guests are unable to travel
-
International flights are cancelled due to the government regulations for the COVID-19 pandemic and guests are unable to travel
-
Guests are prevented from boarding a flight on account of health screening (written proof required)
-
Guests have contracted COVID-19 prior to arrival OR while in-country and are unable to travel (positive test result copy required)
-
If the property must close due to COVID-19 reasons and is unable to fulfill their obligation.
